📌 Job Overview


PepsiCo Pakistan is hiring a Senior Territory Sales Manager in Karachi. This role is responsible for leading sales teams and distributors, achieving volume targets, growing market share, and executing sales strategies across assigned territories.


🧾 Key Responsibilities


Lead sales teams and distributors to achieve AOP and strategic plans


Set SMART sales objectives and cascade them to territory teams


Achieve monthly and quarterly volume, brand, and pack targets


Analyze market potential and grow category shares


Monitor distributor ROI, trade discounts, and stock management


Improve market share through new channels and towns


Conduct competitor analysis and propose response strategies


Ensure execution of merchandising and display standards


Support new product launches and promotional initiatives


Develop and coach sales teams through field training and KPI tracking



🎓 Qualifications & Experience


3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG


MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or Sales preferred


Strong leadership and people management skills


Excellent communication and analytical skills


Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
