Job Overview
The Office Executive (Outdoor) will be responsible for handling official outdoor duties, including visits to government departments and coordination with internal office teams. This role requires a reliable, organized, and punctual individual who is familiar with documentation procedures and compliance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Visit government offices such as FBR, SECP, and other relevant departments
Submit, follow up, and collect official documents and files
Coordinate with office staff to complete daily assignments
Maintain accurate records of visits, submissions, and completed tasks
Support administrative and compliance-related office work
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 14 years of education or equivalent
Experience: 2–3 years in outdoor office work or administrative support
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with government office procedures
Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
Salary Package
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary between PKR 40,000 and 45,000, based on qualifications and experience.
